Welcome to ICOCN'2023, Qufu!

International Conference on Optical Communications and Networks (ICOCN) serves as one of the largest international forums for researchers involved in all aspects of optical communications and networks. It has been held annually tracing from 2002.

The 21th ICOCN (ICOCN'2023) will be held in Qufu,on July 31 - Aug. 3. Qufu is a world famous historical and cultural city being listed in the world's three holy cities together with Jerusalem and Mecca.

9 tracks are being arranged in the conference with the topics covering fiber optics, optical communications and networks, fiber sensors and lasers, optoelectronics, optical signal proceesing, microwave photonics, space communication, and quantum photonics.
