Registration Fee for ICOCN 2023

Regular registration	RMB 3,400	RMB 3,800
Student registration	RMB 2,500	RMB 2,900

Regular Registration Includes:

    1. Admission to all conference sessions, plenaries, poster sessions and exhibition.
    2. Welcome reception, award banquet, lunches, coffee breaks.
    3. Conference program book, technical digest on flash disk, and conference bag.
    4. One paper or talk.

Extra Purchase (Optional):

1. Extra Publishing Fee RMB 1,000 for each paper/talk (No more than 2 extra paper/talk for one person).

2. Award Banquet Ticket RMB 500 per ticket.
3. Lunch Ticket or Dinner Ticket RMB200 per ticket.
4. Conference Materials RMB 500 per set.

Special Reminder:
1. Full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) are required to present valid student identification when they pick up their registration materials. Post-docs are not included.

2. All invited speakers need to register and pay the registration fee.
3. Authors competing for any of the three awards must register and attend the conference as the first and presenting author of their papers.

Remember to declare your name and paper number(s) when make payment successful.

Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the ICOCN'2023 Conference Secretariat (icocn@cjlu.edu.cn).
Before 23:59 (GMT+8), June 15, 2023, 80% of registration fee will be refunded.
Before 23:59 (GMT+8), June 30, 2023, 50% of registration fee will be refunded.
After 00:00 (GMT+8), June 30, 2023, no fees will be refunded.

ICOCN2023 会议注册费信息

代表注册费包括：
1、大会报告、分会报告、张贴报告和展区入场；
2、欢迎晚餐、颁奖晚宴、午餐、会议期间茶歇；
3、会议程序册、会议资料U盘、资料袋；
4、一篇论文或报告。

额外购买（自选）：
1、出版费（发表多于一篇论文/报告）1,000元/篇* ；
2、颁奖晚宴门票500元一张；
  3、自助午餐或者晚餐券200元一张；
4、会议资料500元一份。
  * 同一作者最多可注册三篇论文或报告。

注意事项：
  1、学生代表指本科生及在读硕士/博士研究生，在领取会议资料时需要出示学生证，博士后不能以学生身份注册。
  2、由于会议预算有限，邀请报告人也需要注册并交注册费。
  3、参评“青年科学家奖”和“优秀学生论文奖”的全文投稿，报告人需为论文第一作者和报告人，并且单独全额缴费注册；参评“优秀张贴报告奖”的全文投稿，至少一位作者单独全额缴费注册。
